I started the drawing of the large shaft of the penis first with light strokes of ink. I have shaded the penis and balls with hatched lines because they are the darkest areas of his body. There is a lot of hatching along the bottom of the shaft of his penis because there is little lighting there. I followed up the hatch lines with an application of watercolor. Watercolor has to be laid down quickly and with stealth. Watercolors like pen & inks are very unforgiving because you cannot erase it.
