Description
Shirtless gay man drinking whiskey pen & ink drawing. This gay drinker has a hard body with a muscular torso, chiseled 6-pack set of abs and firm pecs.
This is a gay pen & ink figure drawing of a hot young shirtless man drink from a bottle of whiskey.
Shirtless Man Drinking Delineated
When I draw a figure, I use contour lines because they are bold and give life to the figure of the gay drinker. When I am finished with the outline, I then make use of hatch and cross-hatched line for shading. Hatched lines are very important because they give a three-dimensional look to the rendering. When I use hatched lines, I make sure that they are light weight and closely aligned in this shirtless gay man drinking rendering.
Gay Drinker Hatched
When looking at this drawing you can see the hatch marks on his pecs going over his nipples and on to the underside of his arm pit. Also, you can see the hatch lines on the bottom side of his ball cap. Note that the hatch lines are not bold but fine. This makes the tone of the shadows real in this gay drinker drawing. If I were to use bold and thick hatch lines it would be too dark for this image in this gay drinker drawing. This image of the gay drinker gives me good memories of my times at Hunter’s gay bar near Chicago. Sex and drinking go hand in hand.
Contour Lines
The form of the young man’s toro and head are made with contour lines as well as the whiskey bottle. Contour lines are the meat and potatoes of the drawing, whereas hatched lines are the salt and butter. In other words, the most important lines in the rendering are those that form the image of the gay drinker figure, which are the contour lines.
